| I want to learn Chinese, so I have made friends within the Chinese speaking community. At first I had just a few friends there who could speak some English but as I improved my skills, those friends introduced me to their group of friends and now they have accepted me as sort of their idiot friend, hahaha, because my Chinese is still not that great, but it\'s getting better. They are becoming pretty good friends, so my motivation to improve is high, and I get TONS of practice...and I have tons of friends I never would have had otherwise. It\'s actually changed my life. | |
