EL Easton's Materials for Teaching English--Loads and loads of great links, of interest to teachers and students.  Highly recommended.

Ruth's Help Pages--Excellent resource from Ruth Vilmi in Finland.  There are almost 50 categories, countless links.  Recommended.

The Web Guide at Dave's ESL Cafe--You probably already know this one.  More than 80 different categories, each one packed with annotated alphabetized links.  Searchable, obviously recommended.

Yamada ESL Web Guide--A list of links with some annotation.

Kristina Pfaff's Linguistic Funland--"Here at the Funland, you'll find resources for language teaching and learning, linguistics study, and other miscellaneous resources."  Searchable.

James Christensen's Home Page: STARSHIP ENGLISH--A fantastic collection of links and Internet resources from Auatralia's James Christensen.
