How to share a file system in NT and Linux

We have two PCs connected by crossed UTP with two NE2000 network card, one of the machine runs NT4.0 server with IIS4.0 & another is a Red Hat 6.0. How can I use Linux to access the NT file system?

Can any one give us a hand?
