Thousands of newspapers are available today both online or in the traditional delivered fashion whether to ones’ own home, a nearby store or newsstand. Newspapers generally focus on a specific geographical region to entice its readers. Today, newspapers can be read from just about anywhere and by anyone providing they have Internet access.
Many online newspapers are free; this has hurt the industry, but they had to keep up with the changing times. Newspapers are facing declining profits due to circulation being down. Most of newspapers’ income came from advertising, however, with the Internet many are choosing to spend their money differently.
